Cancellation policy
Cancel without calling or mailing us.

How to cancel
Sign in, open the Account page, select “Manage billing or cancel,” and complete cancellation in Stripe’s billing portal. You may also contact billing support if the portal is unavailable.
When access ends
For a paid subscription, cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A trial canceled before its ending time will not renew into a paid subscription.
Account deletion
Requesting account deletion schedules subscription cancellation and starts a 30-day recovery period. Restoring the account during that period removes the scheduled cancellation when Stripe still permits it.
Keep your records
Export your farm data before access ends. Cancellation does not by itself delete the account; deletion is a separate Account-page action.
