Privacy policy
Your farm data belongs to you.
Effective September 12, 2026
Information we collect
We collect account identity, farms, field names and locations, crops, acreage, soil information, uploaded soil reports and photographs, calculator inputs, weather-request locations, spray-planning information, application records, saved results, support communications, subscription status, security logs, and information submitted with hay orders. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by Trailblazer.
How information is used
Information is used to operate Farm Tools, provide calculations and exports, fulfill orders, prevent abuse, manage subscriptions, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal or farm data.
Device storage and service providers
Farm information may be stored on your device for offline operation and synchronized over encrypted connections when service returns. We use hosting, authentication, email, weather, mapping, abuse-prevention, monitoring, and payment providers only as needed to operate the service. Weather locations are sent to forecasting providers when you request a forecast. When you calculate purchase-trip mileage, only the chosen starting address and receipt or store address are sent to Mapbox for geocoding and driving-distance calculation; the receipt image and purchase details are not sent to Mapbox. Crash reporting is configured not to collect screenshots or default personally identifying information.
How information is shared
Information may be shared with service providers working under our instructions, with professional advisers, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not allow providers to use farm data for their own advertising.
Isolation and security
Account data is separated by an internal account identifier and access is checked on the server. Encryption in transit, protected secrets, activity logging, rate limits, backups, and least-privilege roles are used to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention, export, and deletion
Signed-in customers can export farm-tool data from the Account page. Account deletion begins a 30-day recovery period, after which account farm-tool data is permanently removed unless retention is legally required. Security and billing records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by using the Account page or emailing privacy@trailblazeragservices.com.
Cookies and technical data
Authentication, security, and essential service cookies keep accounts signed in and help prevent misuse. Logs may include device, browser, approximate network location, request timing, and error information. We do not use farm records for targeted advertising.
Children
Farm Tools is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information.
Virginia and other privacy rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to know, correct, obtain, or delete personal information and to appeal a denied request. We will verify requests and respond as required by law.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to privacy@trailblazeragservices.com.
