General rule
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge.
Billing mistakes and service failures
Contact us within 14 days if you believe there was a duplicate charge, incorrect charge, or extended service failure. We will investigate and may approve a full or partial refund when appropriate.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

Email the account email address, charge date, and reason to billing@trailblazeragservices.com. Never email full card details.
