What to expect.
Order confirmation
Submitting an order request shows your intent to purchase. Prices, inventory, and timing are subject to final availability confirmation by Trailblazer before the order is final.
Pickup and delivery
Lovettsville pickup is by appointment. Delivery pricing is based on round-trip road mileage and the number of required loads.
Payment
Cash and Venmo only. For delivery orders, payment is due before unloading begins.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate access information and safe hauling, securement, and unloading equipment when required.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Trailblazer by replying to your order email as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed order or appointment.
