Terms of service
Farm Tools, subscriptions, and hay sales.
Effective August 30, 2026
Farm Tools and agricultural safety
Farm Tools provides planning estimates and recordkeeping assistance. Results depend on the information entered and are not agronomic, chemical-label, tax, legal, financial, appraisal, or investment advice. The current pesticide label is the law. Always follow labeled crops and sites, rates, personal protective equipment, mixing instructions, buffers, environmental restrictions, re-entry intervals, pre-harvest intervals, storage, disposal, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Never apply a product based solely on the app. When app content conflicts with a label or regulation, the label and regulation control.
Weather and calculations
Forecasts and models are uncertain and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Verify current local conditions before mowing, spraying, operating equipment, or making financial decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in account, enable multi-factor authentication when you have privileged access, and promptly report suspected misuse. You may not probe security, overload services, scrape restricted sites, impersonate others, or use another farm’s data without authorization.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Farm Tools for a business or farm, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Trials and subscriptions
Unless a different offer is shown at checkout, new paid Farm Tools accounts receive a 14-day trial. The subscription renews at the displayed interval after the trial unless canceled. Plan limits and included features are shown before purchase and may be updated prospectively with notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel through the billing portal. Access ordinarily continues through the paid period, after which paid features end. Deleting an account also initiates cancellation, but customers should confirm billing status in the portal.
Refund policy
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. If a duplicate charge, billing error, or extended service failure occurs, contact billing@trailblazeragservices.com within 14 days. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and backed up but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every third-party price, forecast, listing, or market feed is complete. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for Farm Tools during the preceding three months.
Ownership and customer data
Trailblazer owns the service, software, branding, and original content. You retain ownership of information you enter and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and export it for you.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for nonpayment, abuse, security threats, unlawful use, or material breach. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export data or correct the issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Virginia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by contacting the other.
Hay orders and sales
Submitting a hay request does not charge you, reserve inventory, or create an appointment. Pickup and delivery require confirmation. Customers must provide accurate access information and safe hauling, securement, and unloading equipment. Applicable price, payment, change, and cancellation terms are provided with the order.
